Penoplasty, as performed at the office of Dr. Molinari is minimally traumatic, and is performed under local anesthetic. Non-surgical medical penoplasty takes about 30 minutes.
Innovative, non-invasive and painless, this procedure can increase the circumference of the penis by between 3 and 5 cm, depending on the amount of product injected. A lengthening of around 2 to 3 cm at rest can be achieved. The increase in width is maintained when the penis is erect, although the size of the penis remains unchanged.
It may also be useful to inject the glans to give it a volume in harmony with the rest of the penis. These injections are also sometimes used to delay ejaculation. Sexual activity must be interrupted for the first three days after the procedure.

Touch-ups will be necessary 12 to 18 months after the first injection, due to the natural resorption of the product. After a second injection, the effects of the treatment generally last longer (often more than two years).
